Hello winter wonderland! Join Kyle and Anna as they set out on a clear winter morning after getting outfitted with snowshoes and poles. Along the way, they learned a bit of local history by passing through part of Eldora’s Historic Snowshoe trail. When they arrive, the strengths of backcountry cabin cooking are immediately apparent. Kyle built an open fire and smoking wall out of snow.
