GIRL: "Full Time Kid," with Mya.
[laughs] Hi.
Today on "Full Time Kid," with Mya, we'll be doing the classic egg in a bottle experiment.
Here's what you'll need.
A peeled hard boiled egg, an empty bottle with an opening that's a little smaller than the egg.
A lighter or a match.
A strip of paper, and an adult.
Step one.
Get your adult to set the paper on fire and drop it into the bottle.
Be careful while you do this.
Put the egg on top of the bottle and watch it drop into the bottle.
It's working!
Oh!
MYA (VOICEOVER): Pretty cool, right?
Let's see that in super slow motion.
(SLO MO) It's working!
Ohh!
The egg vibrates as some of the hot air escapes.
As the air inside the bottle cools, it has less air pressure.
The stronger outside air pressure pushes the egg into the bottle.
That's it.
Thanks for learning about air pressure on "Full Time Kid," with Mya.
Put the egg on top of the bottle and watch it drop inside.
[laughs] It's working!
Oh, no!
No eggs were harmed in this film.
Thanks for watching.
Bye.
