Gov. Phil Murphy is finally making good on a long-standing promise. He is launching an independent review of the state’s COVID-19 response. It will be conducted by a Philadelphia-based law firm, Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads and led by a Republican former assistant state attorney general.
