On Friday, State Department Inspector General Steve Linick was fired – the fourth government watchdog to be dismissed in just a few weeks. Senator Bob Menendez is the top ranking Democrat on the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee and is co-launching a congressional inquiry into Linick’s firing.
