Ground Zero Goes to Washington follows the Colorado delegation to the historical 1993 Gay and Lesbian March On Washington. With the passage of Amendment 2 and in solidarity with the people of Colorado, the National March on Washington organizing committee decided that Colorado would lead the parade of states.
